Machining

EcoTurn 450

 The DMG MORI EcoTurn 450 is  a CNC milling & turning combination, allowing for great precision and high efficiency.

EcoMill 50

The DMG MORI EcoMill 50 is a 5-axis CNC milling machine, allowing for the machining of complex parts to the highest accuracy.

Hermle C800V

The Hermle C800V allows us to perform 3-axis CNC milling on larger products, and perfectly compliments our other machines.

Besides these machines, we also use multiple conventional machines. Including, but not limited to:

  • 2 lathes, including one that allows for larger size products.

  • 2 Milling machines

  • 1 Grinding machine

Sheet Metal

Amada HFE 3i 1003L

We use the Amada HFE 3i 1003L press brake for our sheet metal bending. This machine has a broad range of operations, and alows us to proces most of our requests.

Besides this machine, we also offer other services to complete your sheet metal needs. Including, but not limited to:

  • Metal shearing machine, allowing us to cut sheets up to 3mm thick.

  • Welding setup, allowing for most of your needs to be fulfilled.

  • Sandblast and sanding booth to allow for an even finish if your products.

  • PEMSERTER to allow strong connection points on thin material.
